Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and there are no returns/refunds.

No returns/refunds, nor exchanges on Booster Boxes, Booster Packs, Bundles/Box Sets or Gashapon.

We are happy to accept exchanges on gaming accessories within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

All exchanges must be done in-store and at the discretion of our staff.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
