- To guarantee your spot, players who received a "Successful" status on the Bandai App must pay the $30.00 entry fee in advance.

- This policy has been implemented due to players signing up for past events through the Bandai App and not attending.
- Moving forward, players who register for major events but fail to attend two or more times will automatically be placed on "Waiting List" status for future events.
